|Export sales development consultant||Main Responsibilities of the position: To identify and develop new business opportunities in African markets.
Responsibilities of the position: Maintaining and develop new and existing customers and updating the company exports strategy. Gathering international market intelligence to identify and secure suitable business opportunities. Identifying the most effective route to market for the company’s product and services. Building strategic partnerships with suitable in-market organisations. Conduct live demos on equipment, attend trade shows and exhibitions. Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales. Working with relevant internal departments to maintain and develop efficient export processes. Ensure shipments is in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry. Use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in Export activity and procedures.
|–||Strong business development skills. Ability to demonstrate sound commercial judgement during period working alone in African markets. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in exports and knowledge of export laws and regulations. Excellent presentation skills as negotiations will be required at senior level both internally and externally. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Fluency in Portuguese and French is an advantage but fluency in one or the other is essential. |Service Technicians||Main Responsibilities of the position: To build customer relations through excellent service delivery to customers.
Responsibilities of the position: To service, repair, install and maintain catering equipment. Equipment includes stoves, ovens, fridges, freezers, various small equipment as well as gas equipment. Must be able to work independently and also part of a team.
|Johannesburg and Durban branch||Qualified Electrician/Refrigeration Technician. Minimum 5 years catering equipment experience, knowledge in catering equipment Gas, Electrical and Refrigeration. |Creditors Clerk||Purpose of the position: Ensuring timely payments of accounts and accurate processing of Invoices.
Responsibilities of the position: Processing of Invoices and payments. Local and Foreign Creditors. Check payments to supplier statement and ensure payments are set up timeously for payment on due date. Matching of GRV’s. Account reconciliations. Processing EFT’s. Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met. Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity. Provide accurate advice on billing queries. Upholding of eh Company credit policy.
|Johannesburg, Denver branch||Matric with Accounting. Relevant financial qualification will be an advantage. Minimum of 3 year experience in a Creditors environment. Excellent communication skills, strong organisational and time management. High standard of numeracy, accuracy with attention to detail. Computer literate. SYSPRO System working experience.
